"The experience with Keith was great from start to finish. I contacted Keith a few days before I would be in town to prepare our single-family home to re-rent. The dirt on the carpets from the previous tenants was horrible, and we assumed they would need to be replaced. I explained how dirty the carpets were when speaking with Keith, especially the stairs, and he was confident he could get them clean. Keith and his son were on time and got right to work.
