Johnson Repair

Mr. Johnson was very quick to respond to my initial request for service. He gave me a two hour wind for the next morning and called within the time frame and arrived shortly thereafter. He suspected it was a fuse and it was. I watched as he had to take apart a bunch of panels before being able to actually access the area the fuse was in. I had some lint build up in the area, which he believed caused the fuse to overheat and blow. He vacuumed out the area, replaced the fuse and everything worked fine! He also took the time to explain to me how and why the fuse works in this particular instance and what I can do to prevent it from blowing again, or causing a fire. I will definitely use his services again. His costs were VERY reasonable!

Excellent experience. John was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem (leaking seal). Price was reasonable and included parts and labor. Even our dog liked him. Would definitely hire again.

When we employed Mr. Johnson to repair our washing machine, we needed paper towels to clean up the leaking water. After Mr. Johnson's "repair", we needed bath towels to clean up the leaking water. Mr. Johnson claims to have a working knowledge of appliance repair, yet this was not demonstrated in his performance. He actually placed a call to a friend to get his opinion on what could be the reason for our leak. After consulting with this friend, he wanted to replace a bleach dispenser basket. But in order to proceed, my husband had to pay for the part and services upfront before he could go get the part. So he left with our money without providing any receipt or paperwork. To his credit, he did return but as stated above, this was not a successful repair. I firmly believe that Mr. Johnson knew that this was not a success because we pulled the washing machine away from the wall after he left and found a pool of water. He had to have known this when he left. This was a complete failure.

Great. We had to call a second repairman because we had a slight disagreement with them. Mr. Johnson was very prompt. He discovered the problem almost instantly, and by the way, it was NOT what we had already paid for with another repair person. AND, it was not the second recommendation with. Therefore, it is a good thing we had a new set of eyes check out a fairly new Maytag. He showed me the broken part. Mr. Johnson charged us a fair price, and the over works! Also, while he was here he was able to replace the water filter in the refrigerator. Good guy.

He was so polite and friendly. Explained everything he was doing, went out of his way to get us a part we needed and didnt charge extra. Was here exactly on time and got the job done quickly and our dryer is working better than before. Will definitely hire again if anything goes wrong.

It went very well. He took time to look at the fridge and determined cause of ice forming. It was a struggle to pull the appliance from its nook but with sweat and persistence, he succeeded. He found the reason water wasn’t draining as it should and made the repair. Time will tell if it was successful, but I’m pretty sure it will be.
