We are a small enough company that we retain a personal touch with each customer throughout the design and creation process, yet we are large enough to develop grand-scale outdoor living areas. We can build a single planting bed to grow perennial flowers, or we can develop an area of five acres or greater involving numerous elements, phases and contractors. We believe it is important for an outdoor living area to feel like an extension of your home. "Project: Newly constructed home on a pond. Homes have a total of 10 feet between each including mounted AC obstacles. Retaining wall, a lower Unilock patio, a high Trex deck off of elevated 3 season room complete with steps, railings and a locking gate. High deck and 3 season room were cladded with composite including two, six foot entry access doors. Stone steps on both sides leading into the backyard, Stone walkways, stone flower beds, plantings and front lawn prep/installation and front lighting. Rod and staff listened to our dreams and made them into a reality. Rod is a true planning partner, works by the book/codes and uses only quality materials. THIS COMPANY EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! NO NEED TO LOOK FURTHER. STOP RESEARCHING 100% ACROSS EVERY SINGLE ASPECT!!! Communication, design, pricing, craftsmanship, staff, structural integrity, safety, functionality, and proper installation of each element and more… We even made use of his 6 month zero interest payment plan."

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."

"I was looking to get quotes to repair or replace the damper in my fireplace. After getting some outrageous quotes from other companies, the Chim-Line technician came in, played around with the damper for about 5 minutes and fixed it. He explained that it had somehow jumped the grooved area where it should be seated and got it back into place. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. So technically I did not hire them, but should I need any work going forward with the fireplace or chimney Chim-Line will absolutely be the first company I call. In addition, their communications prior to coming out was excellent."

We were quoted $75, with multiple discussions on what they could do. Explained all the $75 was for inspection and sweep from the top of chimney, which we had removed last year. $600 for a deep cleaning and then tried to charge $1200. If this was a deep cleaning, I ll eat my hat. We signed contract with no amount on it."
