Edgar came out and told us what the actual problem was. It turned out my "small problem" was actually a huge problem that I couldn't have fixed myself. Edgar had to replace all the piping under our mobile home (in the rain, snow, frigid temps) so we could use all our drains again. He kept us informed on every step of the project. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! He did in such a short time what I couldn't do during an entire summer! He told me about some options, gave me the literature and a fair price for what I wanted. He and his team were very professional and attentive and definitely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. I was a little apprehensive about going with a company that’s just starting out, but Tyler gave me a good feeling about their company and products. I’m very happy with the installation and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again (although I hope I never have to) for any future needs. We have multiple rental properties, so I would call him first if I ever need service at any of them. A+++"

"When I first had this company do small projects for me, I was impressed with the work, however, as the projects kept being done, he was always in such a hurry. He had so many customers to handle, he did not have time to really do a good job. He replaced a vanity in a bathroom, and cracked the drain pipe (2 inch crack). It was left. It began to leak and ruined my ceiling in my living room. So now all the plumbing and ceiling need replaced at my cost. He installed bead board on another bathroom along with trim. It was the worst job I have ever seen. I sat down and cried after he left. Again at my out-of-pocket costs, I now have a beautiful bathroom installed properly. He needs to be up front with customers that his scope of work does not include plumbing, electrical or fine carpentry. Horrible job..."
