When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward. The selection process was super smooth—the whole team helped guide us through it, and they made it easy for us to make choices without feeling overwhelmed. Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. He gave us true white glove service—always professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond. Throughout our journey towards pool ownership, we encountered many people, several bids from local pool contractors, and many disappointments. We soon came to learn that Advanced Backyard Solutions is a family-run business, and that is the essence of how they treated us from start to finish and beyond, like family. Our job was extremely difficult, a pool on a steep incline that would require terracing.
