NEZ Maintenance is a sole proprietorship with 1-3 employees, NO SUBS!!! Fully insured. - I provide general contracting services as well as electrical, mechanical and plumbing services that do not require a permit or license. I am a degreed Mechanical Engineer and certified Project Management Professional with 20+ years of experience in maintenance and construction services. NEZ Maintenance is currently vetted by several national facilities maintenance service providers to provide services in retail environments as well as other commercial facilities. I have never had a complaint leveled against me by a customer and am a preferred vendor. I take pride in our work and gauge our success by "customer satisfaction" both with the quality of the work done and the value we give to the customer. Cost is determined by the job required. I have been in the maintenance business long enough to to be able to give you an estimate of the cost. For service calls: No travel charge within 20 miles. Travel charge of $25 outside of 20 miles. For quotes: No charge for quotes. Cost for time incurred will be added to the quote. My normal rates are 35$/hour plus $20 hour for additional workers. Weekend and after hour charges will be time and a half. Emergency calls will be charged double time. Payment terms: Service calls (General Handyman Services completed same day): Payable in full at the completion of the work agreed to. Quoted jobs (Minor remodeling and other work requiring more than 1 day completion time or multiple trade disciplines): 1/2 of the quoted cost at acceptance of the bid, 1/2 of the quoted cost at completion of agreed work. Cash or check is accepted. Payment via PayPal also accepted. NEZ Maintenance's goal is to provide a quality service at a fair price. To accomplish this, I rely on communication with my customers to understand the problem and agree on a solution that both fulfills your needs, and fits within your budget. Services Offered: Service calls include: Interior - Structural repair, wall/ceiling repair and painting, flooring, door installation/replacement, appliance installation/repair, minor electrical/lighting installation, ceiling fan installation/repair, sink/faucet installation/repair, toilet repair/replacement, minor plumbing, cabinet repair, shelving installation, appliance installation/repair, insulation, etc...
