"The team that came to assemble our home gym was outstanding! They were prompt, kind, and did the job in just two hours! And they even took all of the empty cardboard boxes, which we were so very appreciative of! This company was extraordinary and we will definitely be using them again should the need arise!"

He started the assembly of the furniture pieces in an organized manner thus completion of the three furniture pieces were done under an hour. He also, place the furniture pieces where I wanted them. Small jobs welcome

"I hired Paul to fix my father's deck. I needed it done in a timely manner, because my father had passed. We needed to get the house on the market. Paul worked a lot of hours to ensure that the deck was done in a timely manner, but also properly. He did an outstanding job. The deck looks wonderful and I can feel good about selling the house. I would highly recommend him."

"Adam and Nick masterfully worked through my project punch list. They had all the right tools, worked at a fast clip and addressed other issues that came up in the process without an issue. I was so excited to have their help to knock out the trickier projects on my list and was amazed at everything they accomplished in such a short time.
Adam went above and beyond too. He contacted the faucet manufacturer and negotiated on my behalf to have them ship out 4x replacement parts at no charge and showed me how to make the simple fix. All-in-all I highly recommend Neatnics and will absolutely be using them again as my project list grows.  They rocked!

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

A swimming pool pump has to have water in it to run properly. If the pump isn’t primed and tries to run when it’s dry, the components will overheat which can cause the pump to seize up and can even damage the PVC pipes that carry the water into and out of it. Essentially, running a pump that isn’t primed can lead to having to replace the entire pump.

Yes, adding a pool to your property will almost always increase your homeowners insurance premiums. This is because pools are considered hazardous, which increases your home's liability risk. The replacement cost of the pool itself is also factored into your home's rebuilding cost when determining coverage limits. The amount of the increase can vary from as little as $50 to several hundred dollars more per year, depending on your insurance company, location, current coverage, and installed safety features. It is best to contact your insurance agent before installing a pool to get an estimate, understand their specific guidelines, and factor the ongoing cost into your budget.

The type of sand you need for your sand filter depends on the manufacturer’s instructions, but you’ll need to use sand specifically for pool filters. Silica sand is a wallet-friendly, common choice that’s relatively easy to replace. You’ll choose between various grades of sand and different-sized sand grains.

Your contractor will need several days to several weeks as far as a timeline to install your semi-inground pool goes. Adapting an aboveground pool to be semi-inground by excavating and partially burying the liner, for example, will only take three to five days, while installing an in-ground pool with a poured concrete liner and building up the land around it will require several weeks. Keep in mind that the process of hiring a pool contractor and applying for permits can add several additional weeks to the total timeline.

The steps to fill a swimming pool will depend on your local building codes. However, it starts with draining the pool of all water using a submersible pump. Then your pro will lift the pool shell from the ground or break it into pieces for individual removal. The next step is filling the cavity with dirt and gravel and topping it with topsoil. Once a structural engineer deems the site safe, landscaping can start.
