They did a fantastic job!. We had to wait a little bit after they picked up the furniture, but the wait was definitely worth it. Our furniture is about 70 years old and was scratched and chipped, but now looks better than new. They are not inexpensive, but the workmanship is worth every penny. We would use them again.

Wonderful. Lou and his team did an outstanding job on the repair and refinishing. The Dining room table is stable and solid. The Kitchen Table and Chairs look and feel brand new, and in addition, he tightened all the bolts and screws, making the table and chairs stable. I am so very impressed with the work. They were professional, efficient and the work is very high quality.

The table has been in my family for years. Victor Lia came to look at it, made an estimate of all work that would be needed (gluing pieces back on, fixing a drawer, refinishing) and then a cost and estimate and how long it would take. Once we agreed, they took the table. Five weeks later, I got something back that probably looked better than it did when it was first created. It is absolutely stunning. I couldn't be happier. I eventually will need to have my dining room table and chairs redone and I won't call anyone else besides Victor Lia.

It was beautiful.  It took my breath away.   The draw handles were shining; green felt was replaced in the top drawer.   None of my siblings could believe the beautiful wood that was uncovered by Louis and his assistants.  Not only was it worth the price but it gave me a beautiful piece of furniture that will remind me of my mother for years to come.

repair wheels on antique tea cart.  Never got a call until it was finished.  I called twice to ask if done and how much and was told they would let me know.  took almost 2 months

Fantastic experience. They are so knowledgeable. Quality of work was outstanding.

My husband took the door to him, and picked it up less than a week later. The door looks great! Unless you inspected it VERY closely and knew what happened you would never know how damaged it was. Plus the cost was so reasonable. Hopefully my husband does not snap another door, but if so, I know where to have it repaired!

I contacted Victor Lia and Sons for the repair of a family heirloom, which involved replacing a curved piece of glass. They were great from start to finish. In my first call, I was told the likely cost for the glass, given my explanation of what was needed, and that the repair might take some time since the glass had to be manufactured. The piece (door only) was picked up at my home, repaired, returned to my home, and reinstalled in beautiful condition. I was contacted by phone regarding the exact cost and it was both fair and on the mark with what I had been advised in my initial call. All told, it took about three weeks from pick up to delivery and I very am pleased with the outcome and the level of service we received.
