It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

When it came time to get the work done, my brother and I had to finish the job. If your job is to take water from the foundation how is exterior work not included in the quote. Furthermore, Steve has ZERO man management and LIMITED knowledge of his field. His crews have no idea what they're doing, and his front office is a joke. I had to explain to them that they do indeed make male pipe fittings despite Steve and his associates persistence that they don't.
