I requested service, a tech came out that I could not understand due to him not being able to speak English, he looked at my fireplace, spent less than 10 minutes here, did not give his name, had me click a link on my phone to "approve an estimate" which I stupidly did, charged me $100 and left. Our gas fireplace still doesn't work right. I would not trust this company."
