"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

From day one to the final day , they were prompt, thoural, and was very committed to doing a great job. they took great pride in their work and it showed greatly. I have pastored for past 35 years and worked with many companies on many jobs , but they were one of the finest companies I have seen work in my lifetime. Each day they cleaned up any messes left behind, listened to and then performed what even I asked them if they could do, and followed all instructions to the T. "Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

"Stack came out to install a new furnace in February 2025. They advertised quality installation and years of experience installing directly on proposal. When summer came around the A/C connected to the new furnace would not come on. We called Stack to come out and repair the AC at 8am - they did not return our call until 230pm on a 90-degree day. I did not know the issue had anything to do with new furnace install. I was told they had 100 VMs and couldn't get to calling us back before then. We have two young daughters (2 and 1) so this was an urgent repair for us. By the time they called back, we had already booked another company Westland (who is great) to come out. They informed us that the furnace was installed wrong. We were charged $400 by Westland to fix an install mistake by Stack. I called Stack and asked them to cover the invoice. She repeated the same thing on the phone 100 times saying they couldn't verify the furnace was installed wrong even though I have an invoice with details on exactly how it was installed wrong (details below). She should be fired. She repeatedly implied the other company Westland must be lying about the install issue. I would like Stack to cover this invoice."

"Everything went perfectly. I had an old, stained plastic bench that I was going to throw away. The Technician sprayed it for me and it look wonderful. I took a bit of bleach to the seat and the bench is perfectly white again, I will recommend Pristine Clean to anyone looking for a quality power washing company."

"Accu Level overpromised and underperformed. We reached out to have a simple job performed as part of selling our house. From the start, we were told the work could be performed prior to closing. Due to timing and this promise, we did not get any other bids. Upon receiving the contract, we paid the deposit within one hour. From this point on, there was no communication from the business that was not initiated by us. We texted our rep and called the office every day from this point on to see when the work would be scheduled. There was no proactive communication whatsoever. Finally, one day before closing, our real estate agent demand a date to be scheduled and it was scheduled two weeks after closing. Thankfully, we had a flexible buyer who was willing to close without the work being done. On the day the work was supposed to be scheduled, with no notice, it was postponed for another week and the buyer had to find a time to reschedule. This had to be communicated to me by my realtor and not the business. After the work was done, I reached out to our rep to explain how disappointed we were with the customer service. This was verbatim his response: "Please understand this is not our normal scenario and there were people let go/had responsibilities changed because of it." I asked to speak to his manager. Upon speaking with the manager, he said they weren't willing to do anything to make amends for the lack of customer service even with his rep openly admitting that they did not meet their promises. The manager quoted back terms of the contract to me that they are allowed to reschedule and I explained that this was not a contractual dispute, but a complaint about customer service when an employee openly admitted fault and he was not willing to take accountability for his employee. I asked to speak to his manager. This conversation happened two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that call. Don't use this business if you want any level of customer service."
