Since i have not been able to find any of my usual roofers to do my annual roof inspection, for lack of staff, I was astounded when ARC immediately -- and I mean IMMEDIATELY -- responded to my inquiry and then actually showed up in two days with a three-man crew. In the middle of winter. Fully walked my three-story roof, and brought down pictures of multiple small things that did need to be done. Then went right to work, and within hours I was squared away. They even cut away branches scraping the garage roof. Extremely professional and, what is more, friendly. The owner and his colleagues have been together for years.... Now look, roof work is expensive, and you pay for the service. Because i'm certainly not going to go up there myself; I can barely strain my neck just to look up there. So if you are looking for responsiveness, these are the guys.

Got in touch with me this morning and showed up quickly to help with a minor repair. Crew was very nice, helpful, and fair in pricing. Would certainly hire them back for more work in the future.

Great! They were able to repair the time they gave the acceptable estimate. They also repaired a gutter that had come loose, pro bono.

Owner responded to voice message within the hour and was able to come over and complete the work the same day. Professional, friendly, explained pictures taken during roof inspection and quote thoroughly. Very pleased all around. Would not hesitate to hire again.

George Davis (ARC home improvements) called right away and was very professional, I explained what the insurance adjuster wanted done, he came out and seen want needed to be done and was able to do the job that day. As his crew worked George explained everything that needed fixed. George and his crew was able to repair the pop ups on the roof, seal and fix loose fitting around the chimney, and install new alum fascia on the rear of my house. He also took the time to explained everything being done as his crew worked and if issues accrued he explained how he was going to repair them. George inspected the work as his crew was repairing the shingles and the metal facia. After the crew left and I was able to take picture's for the insurance adjuster I noticed a few thing that needed corrected, I texted George and showed him the pictures, he texted me back and called assuring me they would correct the issue. The next day he sent his crew back to fix the issues. They were very professional and timely. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone and will call them if I need any other work done. Roof Repair

Our flat, leaking roof was expertly & professionally repaired by George Davis & his crew. Each team member knew his job & did it. I compare the quality of the job to what I've seen on excellent TV repair shows, and this repair matched &/or exceeded my expectations. The price matched "you get what you pay for" expectations. Great, just perfect. They took one day to remove the old roof: slates, three coats of shingles, and installing roofing plywoods. The next day they installed the shingles in only half a day. George Davis in his crew are incredable working team. I was very impresed with the hard work they performed removing the old roof, and keeping everything very clean after finished removing the old roof. I am very happy with the new beautiful roof. Last Sunday (11/15/20) we get hit with a strong storm with winds up to 60 miles gust, and heavy rain too. The roof performed beautifully against all odds. I salute you George Davis and his crew. George returned my phone call the same morning I called him. He came out the same day and gave me an estimate. He said he would do the work within a couple of days. Today he came as promised and did the job. He is great at communicating and letting you know everything that’s going on. George is professional and extremely knowledgeable about roofing.

Everything was Excellent

This company ( George Davis) called me right away following my Angie’s List search. He came to my home within a couple of days to evaluate service requested and provide estimate. They then came within a week to make the repairs. When one area leaked slightly afterward, they came and reinforced the repair, no questions asked. Very prompt, reliable, polite and professional. Would definitely hire again.
