"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

I had a good idea of what the issue was and was trying to decide if it was worth fixing due to the fact that the washer is 20 yrs old. Once I started shopping I realized I didn't like what was out there and it definitely was worth it to me provided it made sense to fix. It turned out that several things were wrong but all were fixed (not an easy task) and I essentially have a new machine. James and his grandfather were the best and I had an awesome time watching and learning. They are honest, responsive and reasonable in price and certainly have a wealth of knowledge behind them. I would highly recommend and would only call them if I am in need of any other repairs. "
