Within a day or two he came by, walked around with me and had a look, then did another walk around on his own taking notes, and within a day or two of that I had a comprehensive plan to make it right in the form of a detailed estimate. As I said, the finished product was fantastic, however just as good as the work was, the people are even better. From the initial call to their customer reception, owner, project manager, and to the crew, everyone was professional, attentive, and truly cared about what they were doing every step of the way.
