After additional follow ups from me, he sent a quote for nearly $1,000 more to ?fix? the driveway by rolling and compacting it, which is the exact work that should have been done the first time. I had already paid several thousand dollars for a fresh driveway, so being asked to pay extra just to have the job done correctly was surprising and frustrating. I asked if we could meet in the middle on the added cost, and never heard back."
