Sullivan Yard Service

I have been using Sullivans for years. They always do a great job and their prices are great.

It is difficult to contact the office because the voice mail was full. The delivery was 4 hours late. Some of the wood does not appear to have aged enough.

Not the most seasoned firewood- no grey checked or cracked pieces- recently split high moisture content. It'll be great wood for next year. Nice uniform and consistent sizes. Will use again but will plan accordingly.

Provider missed the first delivery date but did arrange delivery within a day. The firewood was neatly stacked as requested; however, the firewood had not had time to season or dry and is harder to start.

Excellent service. The two you men who delivered the firewood were very polite and stacked the wood exactly where I had requested. Very pleased.

Went smoothly. Ordered via their website and it was delivered a couple of days later. They put the wood on the side of the driveway that I requested. Good quality firewood. I will buy from them in the future.

It was excellent. I think the thing I want to commend them on the most was their responsiveness. They were able to come out for an estimate, complete the work, and come in at the lowest price, all on the same day I called. 

GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL.  I CALLED THEM AFTER DELIVERY WITH CONCERNS THAT I MAY NOT HAVE RECEIVED A FULL 1/2 CORD OF WOOD.  THEY IMMEDIATELY OFFERED TO DELIVERY MORE WOOD AND THIS WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY.  THE WOOD QUALITY IS EXCELLENT.  THEIR ONLINE ORDERING IS VERY CONVENIENT AND THEIR PRICING IS TRANSPARENT AND STRAIGHT FORWARD.  I PLAN ON ORDERING MORE WOOD IN THE FUTURE FROM SULLIVAN!

They did a terrific job. The wood is a great mix of woods and is well seasoned. The guy who delivered the wood was very polite, on time and very professional. Am very happy with the service.

I think I found them through their ad in This Week. They gave us a very good price and did a good job. However when we tried to reach them later for some work at my mother-in-law's, they were very slow to return our call, and this year when we tried to reach them to do some tree removal in our yard, they never returned our call at all. So I am giving them low points on responsiveness and professionalism because of these two incidents, not the work they did for us. If you can actually schedule them, they will do a good job.

They clearly are a legitimate business. They were courteous, they were professional and were on time. When I called them it was very difficult to get a hold of them but when I did they were very responsive, they were very apologetic and when they got up to me they actually delivered extra wood on top of my original order. I wasn't expecting that but that was a nice swap. A lot of communication was via email but in terms of delivering ultimately I got what I needed and when I did speak to somebody they were very professional, very helpful, very concerned that they didn't follow up with me. The man that came here that delivered the wood was a very nice guy and very professional.

They did a great job. Removed a large tree from my front yard. Answered my telephone calls nearly every time I called. Returned my voicemails promptly the few times he didn't answer. The work was completed on time and they did a great job.
