"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! They gave you sign up for a month and tell you to wait a few weeks to see if you want to continue. Then when you call to cancel they say you only have 3 days from your first service to cancel or you have to pay $200 to get out of the service. Absolutely deceiving and terrible business practice. I was told that what they sprayed was good for months, but he agreed to re-treat the house. About 5 days later he did re-treat the house. It's been about a month since the second treatment and the tenants tell me they are being bitten again at night by bugs (presumably bedbugs). They have lost confidence in this company and so have I. Therefore, I called a different pest control company and will have to pay another fee. I'm not happy with this company."
