They also identified an area outside that wasn’t sealed properly anymore and was allowing water from outside and into the fuse box. They fixed that too. Totally replaced the outside wiring that feeds into the meter and then into the house in like 1 hour! Lastly they installed a new ceiling fan we bought and identified a bad leak for their plumbers to come fix. (Old house) They were beyond professional and clean WHILE they worked. "Not good. The water leaks had caused black mold that had to be repaired. When repairs were completed 3 months later, the valves still leaked from the stem when turned on. It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."
