"The crew arrived at the house and spotted a missing shingle right away and replaced it. The shingle in question must have been in a hard spot to notice. No problem,the guys must have missed it and you would’ve thought the homeowner would just call the office and let us know and we would have gladly corrected our mistake. He didn’t. Just left this D review. So I called him back and left a message apologizing about our mistake and asked if we could still come back out. No answer. Called back twice and left a message. No answer. This could’ve been a simple mistake easily corrected"

"Problem #1 We applied to roof and told member it takes 6-12 months to work,not instantaneously Problem #2 We thought leak might be coming around heater vent and told member we would replace some shingles around it and if that doesn't stop the leak she would have to call an HVAC contractor When we came back out to the house a second time we at that point recommended that she call an HVAC contractor to check a leak out which she did and the problem ended up being in her own words a rusty heater vent pipe not the roof We do not ignore calls, we went back to the house a second time and did all we could Member was told there would be no warranty and signed the invoice stating the same"

"Wow,amazing the member had all these complaints and we did the repair a year ago? We never do no shows-we call if we can’t make it or are running late. Secondly,we told the customer that we “thought” just as he stated that the old style ridge vent could be the problem-this was an educated guess and it may or may not solve the problem and we also had him sign an invoice stating there was no warranty and he knew this. He contacted our office about a few days ago and we told him we would be a few days to come back out to check it out as we were in the middle of a job. I would halfway understand this review if the member called us back and we refused to come back out for another look at the problem but his method is impatience and ridicule Also,the original estimate was $900 and only $600 was the up sell not an additional $1,500 like the member said The reason for being gone 2-3 hours? We had to go get extra material and the supply house is about an hour away A lot of misleading statements in this review! Yes member,it is petty to ridicule someone for how they end a call courteously. We will let our many great reviews stand for the work we do."
