"I thought my carpet needed to be replaced. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Need I say more? The carpet is 15 years old as well and my husband had gotten some kind of grease on the living room carpet that had not come out with previous cleanings. I am amazed at how nice it looks now. Even that grease stain is gone. I won't have to replace my carpet yet after all. The technician was courteous about calling before the appointment.
