I called Window expo, and they sent Jeff within 15 minutes to fix the problem. Jeff also was so kind to explain how the system worked and showed me how to properly flip the window to clean it. "I am very pleased with my new windows. I used Home Genius Exteriors to do my roof, gutter protection, and now Windows. This is an absolute amazing company, my salesman brendan was very helpful, Devan the Project Manager helped make sure everything went smoothly.
