"I've actually had this man out to my house for several years for maintenance on my machines and my mother's but this year his was rude, lied to me and was extremely condescending. I don't do business with condescending people, but especially condescending men to women. Think about your words before you use them. People don't read your mind and you own a business. Miscommunication is so easy but when you lie to someone and can't prove you didn't, you look like a fool. Find someone more reliable than this man to do a job for you if you're smart."
