It went well. Both Luis and Jimmy worked hard and overcame obstacles (small area in which to work, old lines which were corroded, etc.) They went above and beyond what they had to do in order to run the new water line for a new dishwasher. They stayed late in order to complete the job, and I am extremely pleased with both of them. I had needed the service of a plumber right away, with only a couple of hours of notice. They came late in the day and worked hard and finished, which was really important to us, because we had a group coming the next day at 10 a..m and we knew they would need to have a working dishwasher.

Couldn’t have gone much better. Our old furnace failed with a winter storm looming. Emergency Plumbing of Delaware responded within 3 hours, had a furnace in stock, and today it’s installed and working barely 24 hours past our first call. Last night they let us use 3 portable electric heaters in the interim. Sean (Shawn?), Zeke, and James Lendon came through for us with flying colors!

Company was highly professional both Crystal (rep who I spoke to on phone) and Neal (the plumber who came out for service call). Neal was very nice and kept me informed of what he was doing and answered all my questions. He finished the main water shut off valve replacement in a timely manner, and did such a fine job when the inspector from the Division of Water came to inspect his work later that day he said that was one of the best replacement jobs he had seen. Both jobs were done (Main water valve replacement and toilet repair), quickly and at a fair price. I highly recommend this company, Be certain to ask for Neal. AJ

Emergency Plumbing has helped my Mother and I on a number of occasions over the last 5 years. It didn’t matter what time of day or night we called, they always provided services timely. They were called for a burst pipe in the middle of the night, to replace a very old type cartridge for tub/shower faucet, for small repairs like fixing kitchen faucet or to repair a toilet and replace the main valve. Every time we received professional service from knowledgeable and friendly technicians Chris or Bryan. These are the reasons we call them again and again, whatever we need help. They never disappoint us. Highly recommended company for doing a great job!

Emergency Plumbing Service came and examined our leaking faucet, removed the hose and discovered where the leak was occuring. They took the hose to several stores and found out no one carried the hose anymore. It would have to be ordered in and would take a couple of days and we would be without water in the kitchen. We decided that wouldn't work and we would need a new faucet today. They purchased us a new faucet and installed it. Looks and works great.

Great! When I called that evening the person who answered the phone asked me questions about the current water heater (size, gas/electric, location, type of venting), provided me with a quote for doing the work overnight or during regular hours, and asked for my contact information. The service technician called a couple of hours later to tell me he was going to get a tank from their storage location, and was on site within about 90 minutes. He replaced the hot water heater, explained how to light it, if the pilot light ever did go out. He even suggested that I adjust my dehumidifier's orientation because the exhaust was blowing towards the hot water heater, causing the gas flame to flicker a bit.

I'm very happy I called Emergency Plumbing today - A+++ for responsiveness. My sump pump wasn't working properly, and when the backup water-powered sump pump kicked in and a clamp blew out, there was water everywhere. Luckily I turned off the water supply and called E.P. Tracy came out (the same day), arrived on schedule and took care of the problem - a bad check valve. He scooped more sludge and stones out of the pit and tested everything out - I think the price was very reasonable for good, professional service.

My garbage disposal corroded through and started leaking under my sink. I went ahead with the emergency service call which was only $100 more because I was already home for the day and they could do it today. I could have made an appointment and saved that part of the fee. They were great and gave me the option. This is the second time I've used them and they are a professional, fair business.

Great, the guys went above and beyond to make sure all was as promised and cleaned up after the job was complete. Great responsiveness, especially for a late Sunday night/early Monday morning need. We called ~11:45 PM on Sunday night, and they had a tech at our home by 12:30/12:45 AM (Monday morning). Kasey did a great job and only needed 30 minutes, to tear out my (attempted) repair work, and fix the drain pipe. Very polite and professional. Thank you for helping us, when we needed you.

I paid $300 per toilet to have reseated and waited 5 days for an appointment. Toilet bolt covers could not be put back on, because bolts were left too long. One toilet had to be reseated again 1 month later because the old seal was not removed completely and the toilet was reseated on a surface that was not flat.

It is unacceptable. This is an issue we will be addressing with the Plumber that was on your job. The service we performed on 6/20/17 that you received and invoice for was as follows; pull and reset 2 toilets (hall & master) and 2 tank to bowl replacements ( hall & master), pull and reset to repair flange to toilet (basement), parts run for flange and a standard service call. It took our Plumber almost 5 hours to complete this service. The service provided was more detailed than just reseating a toilet. We are, by no means, making excuses. We do wish you would have called and let us know about the level of service you received as well as your issues with the toilet bowl covers and bolts and the continued problem you had with a toilet that had to be reseated so we could have had a chance to correct it. We guarantee our work and we always make it right if we made a mistake on the job. We do not want anyone to feel he way you do about our company. Please accept our apology for the service you received. We would love the opportunity to earn your business back."
