My wife and I are getting along in years and decided we needed a walk in shower in our main bathroom to replace our old built in cast iron tub and shower combination. After reviewing several options we decided to work with Bath R Us. Eric, our salesperson, was very professional and thorough. He explained our options, and the variety and quality of the products were among the best we had seen. He also explained how the tear out and rebuild would be done and gave us a fairly accurate time frame from when they could start and how long the install would take. He also took very copious notes for the installer so there would not be any guesswork, as we had a couple of things that were unique to a 100 year old house that needed to be taken into account. When the installation time came, we worked with Nate, who worked as a one man crew. I initially had some misgivings on this as there were several fairly heavy pieces and some tricky surprises which needed to be addressed as we came across them (100 year old house surprises), but he completed everything excellently. Nate was very considerate of our time and cleaned everything up at the end of each day so we could use the rest of the bathroom overnight. We are extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend Bath R Us to anyone.

I recently had BathRUs in my home to take a look at my bathroom and help come up with a game plan of what is possible to redo. Kyle was really great. He was approachable and professional. There was no pressure to buy today, but he and his boss did work with me on the pricing to fit my goals. The quote was reasonable and they were able to stay under my budget and still get the things I absolutely wanted done. Recommend! UPDATE 02/04/2022: Ted was my installer and did an absolutely phenomenal job. Super friendly and professional. Got the job done in about 3 days. See photos. UPDATE 02/05/2022: After using the shower for the first time, I've noticed several things that are off and not worth the money. The tub makes noise when I move on it when showering. The walls also move when pushed with light pressure. The handle for turning the water on/off is loose. The silicone surrounding the tub on the outside is very messy and already peeling or in chunks. The shelves in the shower and the corner of the tub pool water. The fixtures are off center and crooked. Everything looks nice, but functionality wise... It's just not there.
