"I am sure that all positive reviews for this company are fake. Nothing that was promised to me was delivered. My siding project is still ongoing for over 1 month. Was told that it would be done in week. Had one rain day. They have system like this: 1) sales person who never installed anything he will promise you things that obviously are not true, 2) crew that is subcontracted but not Gunner, mine was driving for over 2 hours away, 3) person who oversees the project but has little control over anything, no supply, doesn't know the crew, crew does not listen to him, main office does not listen to him, 4) main office does not reply to you. They just tell me to talk to project manager who has no control. So you understand that if there are any issue you are on your own. Quality or work is not good. Many times I had to point to the crew what's wrong, planks are broken yet they were still installing it, caulking is done they way that I can do it better, they cut wires to awning etc"

Stan quotes each project allowing the time needed to do the roof to the best of their ability, with quality workmanship according to the manufacturer’s specifications to uphold their warranties. Out of over 90 roofers in Lorain County, Stan Yourkvitch was the only roofer invited to be part of the Advisory Council for CertainTeed. "We have an old 1930's house that needed a large chimney repointed and cap replaced. Rod at Layman Masonry and his team were referred to us by our roofer, Kelvin Howard, for doing good work. We contacted Rod for a quote, and he came out the very next day to quote a price that was good considering the amount of work to be done. Rob and his team are insured and were courteous and friendly throughout the project. They showed up on time and maintained a clean job site. The project consisted of grinding out and replacing the old mortar, a new chimney cap and to put two coats of paint back on the chimney. The project was completed in 4 days despite rain every other day. We were very happy with the work done and will use Rod again in the future."
