The only price adjustment was for the additional carpentry required to replace some rotting wood they discovered. They installed all wood trim including chair rail and new LVP flooring. Refinished stair to kitchen painted. Also did some light electrical in moving and installing outlets Workers were professional and worked efficiently. I was very happy with time frame of work (three weeks) Wyatt was very quick to come back out and repair a few minor difficiencies. Overall very pleasant experience and first contractor I have had that did not have my anxiety levels off the charts by time job was done.
