Man promise to come out to do some work and did some work for me then he came out and he come back after that with two guys and said he had a family emergency and he couldn't stay to finish the work and supposed to bring out a ladder and get to a board and agreed to replace and his ladder wasn't tall enough and he brought it out but he come out with this ladder and did not reach the area needed to get fixed so I let used my ladder. After the damaged my house and left off the ground with nails sticking up out of the boards an in unsafe manner and started nail it and I actually stepped it by myself and damaged my lantern light left hanging on the side of my garage. The guys was not accomplished at all and try to make excuses why his wok done unproperly. I had to take the board off my house and it turn out because they had put it on the rough side up. I had a struggle through this Carpenter that didn't do all the work he was supposed to do and it was a messed service.

The contractor sent a contract quote after looking at the porch for $1850 total. He said upon receipt of half the quote, he would begin the work, so I paid him 925 dollars, which, according to the contract, would cover supplies. Once he received half the contract quote, he purchased supplies. Then came back and said I needed to reimburse him for those supplies, which came to 580 dollars, in addition to still requiring the other half of the contract quote upon completion. I gave him another check for the 580, and at this point, I have spent $1505 for what I consider a poorly misrepresented and fraudulent service. In my opinion, this person has had no experience in doing something like this. The contractor installed the untreated/unwrapped pine facia boards on the ends of the rafters with tons of nails that did not even go into the rafters. All he had to do was look under the fascia to see the rafter ends, but he wouldn't even do that. Half of them were bent, showing the inexperience level. On top of that, the fascia boards didn't even touch the next board, with big gaps and inaccurate angle cuts not matching the porch shape. To cover it up, he covered the huge gaps in silicone caulk. The contractor then started a row of interior-grade MDF to cover the pine fascia. The MDF was mounted at such an angle that there was no way to mount a gutter back on it to catch any water. The angle came from mounting the MDF against the roof sheeting and then leaning it back to the facia board. (see pictures). The concern is that this contractor has caused more work than he has completed.

Mike and Nixon came out and done a great job super nice and reasonably priced I would highly recommend him in the future and I will be calling him back for more work

Had entire back yard fencing mended, replaced and repaired. They did a very thorough job and cleaned up after they finished. Good job!!!

The deck looks fine. However, he promised to return to remove the plastic cover, remove the stain that was on the siding, and return the furniture to the deck.

Sprayed my deck and accidentally sprayed house and landscaping. Kept on borrowing my tools. Also overcharged by $1500 and will not return. Ghosted and blocked. Stay away from Jerry and his crew!

They were pleasant to be around and worked hard in extreme heat conditions. I would hire them again and recommend them to others as well.

Could be a little better about the cleanup of the work space, but it was probably one of the hottest days we've had this summer, so giving some credit for that experience. Very respectful.

Jerry quoted 4 projects at a total of $1500. He took $750 up front, did one project and has not returned. It has been more than 5 weeks since he performed the first service. Every time I call he says he?ll get me in the schedule for the next day.

Jerry was Awesome! He replaced all of my old deck boards with new ones. Really super nice guy who really cares about his work and customers. Really easy to talk to. He is extremely helpful and willing to help out with anything extra you throw his way and is more than happy to help. Really, ask him to do anything! Give him a shot! It's Nice to have an honest and reasonable handyman, that I could call up to help me out when I need it.

Jerry and Mike are very hard workers they even helped move furniture off both my porches before washing.And they put everything back.I had the whole house done and all our concrete surfaces,they look terrific! I will definitely recommend this company.
