Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. "Kenan T. Came to the house to thoroughly explain what OBA can do and gave me a quote on May 23. I agreed to use the company and gave him a down payment for the work and the work was scheduled for June 22 and 23. But I was notified June 21 to reschedule because of a problem with the permit. After several phone calls to the city permit office by me, work was approved for June 23. Brandon and Jabari did a nice job, others came from OBA to help with the plumbing and inspect the work. There were a few problems after the work was done (no hot water, leak in the faucet that does to the washer) that were addressed by OBA the next day or the next week. I really appreciate OBA and the follow up that they provide to make things right, Jeremiah was very helpful. It is a messy job but they cleaned up the area very nicely after they were finished."
