We have had the pleasure of working with Genuine Cleaners and their fantastic team, including Maria, Hannah, Jamee, Crystal, and Angel. Every time they clean our Airbnb, they do an exceptional job. They are thorough, professional, and always leave our place sparkling clean. They're accommodating with any request and go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. We highly recommend Genuine Cleaners for anyone looking for top-notch cleaning services! I'm SO happy we found them and continue to work together.

Pros: -Crew arrived early. -Terrific communication from start to finish, both from Maria and the crew. For example, I was notified that they would arrive early and the crew texted me when they were almost done so that I could come back. -Crew was willing to go over the job upon arrival to make sure we were on the same page. When finished, crew encouraged me to walk through to ensure my satisfaction, and they did touch up a couple of things. -Crew had terrific customer service and were patient with me sharing stories about the house. -Crew stuck to the estimate exactly. -The house now looks and smells terrific! Only one con: I would have appreciated a receipt of payment or an invoice, for my records.

I was very impressed with this company (yet again). They were hired for a move out clean (which I’ve used them for in the past as well). They were able to get in quickly and did a wonderful, thorough job. The cleaners are timely and always very friendly & personable. I would highly recommend Genuine Cleaners for your cleaning needs!
