I boarded my toy poodle for a couple of days, and went swimming all day the first day, so surprised when I got home to see the clean floors it only got better from there. "The service was great but had some minor complaints. First of all the salesman said they would cover all walkways...and they didnt do that also they didnt close either of the two doors causing LOTS of dust through out the house when it would of been confine to only one room. Last is they caulk outside the shower doors that i feel was unnecessary. It looked very unprofessional it was not straight and neat. They came out and tried to remove it but could not all the way. They were going to replace the new shower doors hardware but my wife and i decided we didnt want our news shower doors remove and new holes drilled into our new shower wall."

Contacted contractor , took him about a week to read his emails . Expecting a phone call sometime this week to com out a fix bubbles ? Communication is slow . Otherwise floor turned out okay ."

"I had nature stone come to my home for a garage floor estimate.  Their price was more than double estimates from Rhino Flooring & Columbus Garage Floor Coating.  The product is beautiful but requires periodic re-sealing.  Re-sealing would require me to move everything out of my garage, which is not something I'm not interested in doing.
Estimator also committed a monumental error when he offered me a substantial discount if I would sign a contract that day, which is always a red flag.
Again, a beautiful product...but not the best for garages.  I felt the other two companies provided a better product at a better price.
