He took the time to explain how the fireplace worked, what the different parts were for, how to clean and what not to use on the fireplace. Apparently my fireplace is supposed to have the air flow, who knew? Pat took the time to clean the glass and paint the inside, adjusted the logs inside. It literally looks like a new fireplace. I would highly recommend this company and Pat."

While trying to move him from my trap to his, Mr. Skunk escaped to The safety of under the deck, ugh! Zach set up a few of his traps and Houdini skunk was trapped for good this time. Although he had to do extra work to get Harry, Zach charged me the original agreed price. I would definitely recommend him for critter removal."
