"Again Chris and his crew showed up on time and got going early in the morning. The old patio was removed and they started on the 'like for like' patio replacement except it would be a minimum 3' away from our house. I had spray painted an approximate size we thought was equal to the one removed. I left my wife at the helm for this one as this project was one she dearly wanted done. Chris assured her she would love it when done. I was away most of the day and when I returned I saw a beautiful gently curved patio tying in our basement steps, new 3 step stoop, recent 3 step porch Chris did a month earlier and a wooden stairway from a deck. The patio was larger than we planned as Chris added his experience and knowledge to the job. This was a big plus. Also there was an issue with the first 2 (old) concrete steps going to the basement. Chris fixed this unseen issue without any talk of 'additional' cost. The concrete block in the outside stairway was stuccoed to match the concrete patio. Again we feel this was money well spent for an improvement in our home and our homes value."

"The entire process went smoothly. I contacted their office. An Estimator called me within one business day to schedule an appointment. He was able to come out within 3 business days and give me an estimate. He was on-time, reviewed the work to be done, discussed some issues that could come up specific to our job, gave me a written quote, and told me next steps. Their office called the next day to schedule the work and was able to get us in the following week which was quicker than expected. The two man crew showed up in the time frame given, did a better job with the leveling than we hoped for, and cleaned up the work site completely. The whole job took about an hour. Because the asphalt drive had bulged where it met the concrete, there was some damage (about 3" by 5") to the asphalt when we repaired the concrete. However, the Estimator and the work crew discussed this with us before the work was done, and we expected it. We already had our asphalt work scheduled for after this work so repairs could be accommodated. An added bonus is that they guarantee the concrete leveling for 3 years. Overall a good experience."
