"Answered calls right away--a simple thing but refreshing to see after my experiences with other contractors working on my new- construction home . Lori was very pleasant and helpful. She kept me updated along the way and helped arrange late-in-the-day appointments which worked better for me.  John was patient and went into great detail about process and products.  He also provided me with some advice about requesting some services from the company that poured the concrete (there were some gaps between the road and driveway that were likely caused by construction vehicles coming and going).  The cost was greater than I expected given the cost it would take to do it myself with products from Home Depot or Lowes but quality and cost of the professional grade sealant accounted for that and the durability of the treatment made it worth it.  They were very careful when power washing garage floor and applying the sealant not to get anything on the drywall.  Will definitely call them when it is time to renew the waterproofing.
