The guys from Extreme's explained all of the problems to me carefully and went out of their way not to badmouth the other company that caused many of the problems (even when the other company's incompetence was blatantly obvious to me). They were more concerned with getting things working again and making us happy. Which they definitely did. Overall, I'm extremely happy. I'm certain that Extreme's service is the best value available. I've used the cheaper side of the residential HVAC industry before, and I ended up wasting a lot of money. Extreme's, on the other hand, does top notch work at a fair price and is a pleasure to do business with. I won't consider doing HVAC business with anyone else."
