"Originally we called Moseley's to clean our wood stove insert and chimney. Our stove was so old (40+), that by today's standards it was not connected properly let alone safe to burn anything in. Therefore no one would clean it for insurance liability issues. Moseley's technician left information and catalogs with us, no high pressure sales, just good old fashioned info. After checking a few sources we called Moseley's and ordered a wood stove insert. The following week it was installed. Their employees were professional, worked quietly, cleaned up the area and left us with very helpful information about 1st time usage, etc."
