"Very professional, friendly folks. Carpet looks new and they sent a discount for any follow-up carpet cleaning to be done in the next six months."

"This company is fantastic. I had a mess in a home we bought to rehab. These folks cleaned the ducts, but saved me $4,000+ dollars on various things they found that were serious issues, that were not related to the ducts. Even found a place where a previous installer for my water heater set me up for a fire. These folks are fantastic. $700 cleaning, $3300 saved!!!!"

"I would definitely recommend Advanced the cleaning services because they are fantastic. Well worth the money which was not expensive it goes by how big your home is. But I got to see for myself the pictures of how bad my air ducts were so dirty. The owners before me never clean their air ducts, so I was breathing in all that dirt and dust, and all that stuff was nasty. After it was cleaned, he showed me the pictures of it, and I was amazed of the Difference, well worth the money definitely recommend them they were on time and the fact they were early and it was great and I am on the schedule to be done in another year because I have animals that live in the home. It smells so much better they put a sanitizer which also keeps mold, mildew down you would want to have clean air in your home."

"Faith and her sister cleaned my house incredibly well in a reasonable amount of time. They were able to get surfaces clear and sparkling that had been riddled with hard well water. They were both very friendly and kind. It was a pleasure having them in my home to help create a clean and inviting space. They also used higher end cleaning products and were conscientious of using the appropriate product on certain surfaces. I look forward to having Faith back in a few weeks."

"amazing work they did excellent cleaning"

"Excellent workmanship, honest, exceedingly clean and attentive. Will have Dan Drazer do our cleanings and inspections from here out. Simply cannot be beat for the quality of work and honest evaluation. Zero shortcuts, explained thoroughly their process, and did a camera review of the work for us, before and after. There is a reason this company continues to get top ratings and awards across the board. This company takes pride in the services it performs."

"This company contacted me immediately after I ran my search for chimney cleaning on HomeAdvisor. Scheduling service was hassle-free. Service was done professionally. They cleaned the chimney and repaired a crack. The work was clean and the inspection thorough. Recommended!"

"

• Highly recommended.
• ALL team members were conscientious, courteous, thoughtful, clean (e.g. never failed to use shoe booties in the house) and on-time.
• Very supportive regarding our mortgage bank's and insurance company's documentation requirements plus my decision process/criteria on whether to replace only the coil or the entire unit - insurance only covered the coil which required a separate evaluation/estimate.
• Special kudos go to LARRY MILLER who, with just under 24 hours notice, was able to slip our scheduled installation 2 days in order to accommodate a personal conflict I had gotten confused - it was "my bad" and Larry made it good.

"Excellent. Randy came first thing in the morning and was right on time. He evaluated and took care of the problem quickly and even cleaned the windows while he was on the roof!"

"Cleaning was very well done."
