SmartLevel Concrete is a concrete leveling and repair company set out to change the way customers experience the construction process. We use the proprietary product, PolyLevel, for our foam injection leveling. We use NexusPro silicone based sealant for joints and cracks. Lastly we use SealantPro surface sealer to permanatly protect your concrete surface.
"Negligent Work and Zero Accountability from SmartLevel Concrete I had a terrible experience with SmartLevel Concrete, and I strongly caution others before hiring them. Before they began a concrete leveling job at my home, I specifically pointed out the location of an underground drain line beneath the sidewalk. The crew acknowledged this information. Despite this, once they began the work, they drilled directly into the drain line and proceeded to fill it with leveling foam, completely blocking it. They did admit the mistake at the time, but never fully remediated the damage. I have since hired a licensed plumber who used a camera to inspect the line. It is now abundantly clear that the cause of my ongoing drainage issues is the leveling foam still obstructing the drain pipe. Even with clear evidence of their mistake, SmartLevel Concrete refuses to accept full responsibility or take further action to fix what they caused. I'm left dealing with costly repairs for a problem they created, despite having given them proper warning beforehand. This was not just an accident — it was careless work followed by a refusal to make things right. If you're considering SmartLevel, be warned: they may damage your property and then leave you on your own to deal with the consequences."

"Horrible craftsmanship. He did not order the materials as draws were paid, then wanted more money to order materials. Installed a boat lift as part of the project, it was not installed to spec and dropped our boat. The seawall steps have washed out from rain. Left trash, building scraps all over the work site."

Mudjacking can be an expensive foundation repair process, but in many cases, it’s well worth the investment. This is especially true if you’re lifting a portion of sunken foundation slab back into place. In that case, mudjacking can help avoid major structural damage and even home collapse by restoring the integrity of your structure with minimally invasive procedures. Mudjacking a concrete patio, walkway, or sidewalk can be worthwhile because it removes tripping hazards and makes your outdoor area more aesthetically appealing.
The average cost of mudjacking is around $5 per square foot of concrete, with most concrete leveling jobs totaling between $3 and $8 per square foot. The typical cost to fix a sinking portion of concrete slab with mudjacking is around $1,100. The price you’ll pay depends on the size of the concrete slab you need to be leveled, the accessibility of the slab, and the type of material your contractor uses beneath the concrete to lift it back into place.
In most cases, no, mudjacking is not possible as a DIY job. Not only do you need specialized equipment to cut into your slab and pump the cementitious material underneath it, but it’s also a challenging process, and the consequences of making mistakes include additional structural damage to your home. It’s possible to rent mudjacking equipment to attempt a DIY repair, but the risk of added property damage usually isn’t worth the money you’ll save on labor, especially if the concrete you’re lifting is a part of your home’s foundation.
