"Chris and Ricky were great. We had a section of driveway in front of two of our garages that had dropped about 1-2 inches. One area was very stubborn and didn’t want to lift despite the heavy pressure from their foam. They worked patiently back and forth so as to minimize cracking from uneven pressure. It took considerable time but eventually they were able to achieve a good result. I was especially appreciative that they let me watch and learn about their process. "They leveled my driveway with a lifetime warranty. Driveway started to crack after 2 years. Per Smart Level, there warranty does not include crack repair. Read their contract before you sign. Don't assume they will take care of the customer's concerns. They are only interested in the initial repair."

"Do not do business with Mr. Level Stay away from Kyle Mr. Level Lousy ,unprofessional. Did not level properly. Reported issue and his employee came 07/02/2025 and spilled caulk all over pebble stones did lousy caulking instead of leveling the slab. Third time Kyle came 10/14/2025 ,showed him uneven slabs and caulk spilled by his employee and lousy work. He started to accused me of spilling caulking. Do not do business with Mr. Level"

The best time to pour concrete is mid-afternoon when temperatures often sit between 50 and 60 degrees, and you don’t expect rain for at least 24 to 48 hours. Avoiding direct sunlight in the peak afternoon hours can help reduce the risk of curing too quickly, as can avoiding pouring on hot summer days. Colder temperatures and rain can lead to slower curing times and weaken the concrete. If in doubt, especially if your concrete will provide structural stability, hire a contractor to determine the best time to pour.

Yes, concrete is recyclable, but you can’t just drop it off at a traditional recycling center. Most major cities have specific concrete recycling centers that will accept your concrete disposal and break it down using industrial equipment. Recycled concrete can be used to create environmentally sustainable items like gabion walls to protect shorelines.

If your epoxy application ended up a bit messy and left spills behind, there are several ways to clean epoxy off of a concrete floor. You can use a power washer with at least 3,000 PSI. However, it may be easier to use a scraping tool or an acidic cleaner, like vinegar, to remove unwanted epoxy. 

If the entire floor has epoxy and you want to remove just excess epoxy stains, these methods could still strip parts of the epoxy floor. Move carefully and in small areas to minimize damage, or call a pro for an expert finish.
