Gary and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Over the course of several days I observed that Gary and Forrest were detail oriented, didn't take shortcuts, and we're very concerned with doing things correctly and well. On the first day, I added to the scope of work and Gary easily agreed to the additional work and got me an estimate for the new work. A few weeks later we realized that the stop plug was not installed correctly. Its a small thing right now, but it has still not been taken care of."
