Needed two tree stumps ground up. They had the job done in less than 30 minutes.

I recently had Affordable Tree Service come out to remove a huge tree from my yard, and they did an awesome job! The team was super friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. They showed up on time, checked everything out, and got to work right away. The whole process was smooth and quick. What really stood out was how clean they left everything. After the tree was gone, they cleaned up all the mess, and my yard looked great. You could tell they cared about doing a good job. I definitely recommend them if you need any tree work done. They're professional, skilled, and really focused on making sure you're happy with their service.

Affordable Tree Service are professional, courteous, and prompt. They removed a large tree from my front yard that was near electric boxes, light post, and my mail box. The men at affordable tree service treat you like family. I had an emergency and they came back to take down two trees 10 hours after inspection! Of all the others I spoke to they were able to get to the job the fastest, and inspired the most confidence. They really know about trees!! I canâ t recommend them enough!

DO NOT HIRE! Unreliable ,unprofessional company . They will not complete your work as they promise .They will try to not give you a written contract and string you along for months . We hired them in Feb 2021 and the work still hasn't been started in July 2021. Finally got a written contract brought to us July 6th after requesting again.My job has been cancelled and rescheduled so many times I have lost count .Owners Mike and Kenny seem to act like they aren't on same page and give you different prices and scheduling . They act like the customer is always wrong and when you approach them to start/complete the work after being canceled numerous times not to mention no shows you will get a rude response . Given a constant run around ! No work was ever preformed to this date . After complaining I was sent a rude text and they said that they have 4 to 6 weeks from contract date ....after just given me one after months of asking . I made sure to get communications in text s. Very unfortunate how they treat their customers and run their company.

Affordable Tree Service was a pleasure from start to finish. Mike the owner is very good communicating, planning, pricing and carrying out the task very professionally (Mike did all the cutting). I felt he sincerely cared what I thought with their work when the job was done and that I was pleased. Glad to find Affordable Tree Service as tree removal is no joke and I will use them for future work.

Quickly removed fallen tree

It took 3.5. months to show up after several phone calls. Removed two trees and ground stumps and were to remove large roots sticking up. Was told that top soil/sod would be laid to level ground. Yard was to be put back together.No top soil was ever done and sod placement was incorrect and fell short of the problem area. Left area I leveled and did not seed as promised.Paid for 3 yards of mulch and know for a fact did not get! Left total job unfinished! Promised to come back with extra pieces of sod to finish the job and have yet to see them. Promises but never follows through. This is the worse company I have ever had to deal with. I would NOT recommend them to anyone EVER! The fight continues until they do what I hired them to do! Next step is possible attorneys!

Called me gave a quote over the phone,there the next day,fair/honest price for the time on the job. will recommend to others. Tks

After storm damage, we had them take out some big limbs from our massive oaks. They did a great job, so we hired them to take down a small Maple. Take out a large oak limb over our garage and limb up the dead branches, and possibly a larger upper branch in our back oak. In the beginning, it took several phone calls before getting in touch with us. Kenny finally came out and looked at what we wanted to be done and gave us a quote. We gave him the go-ahead, we kept getting pushed back. Or if we were scheduled, they did not show or call. This happened numerous times, we rearranged our schedules and moved our furniture, etc in prep. I would then text and not receive a text back until I texted again. This happened over 2 months period. Finally, they came on 7/17/20. Kenny called and said he would send a crew out, but he would come out first. The crew leader showed up (Kenny did not) and I showed him what Kenny and I talked about. He got on the phone and called Kenny, talking extremely loud and very upset, telling him there are plants all over and I have stuff all over (stuff we could not move) and there is no way they can do this. He went to the back oak and I assume was face timing him, and then held up his phone yelling look at this! We cannot do this. This is what she wants us to do. He proceeded to talk very aggressively to Kenny, with me right there. He then held his phone out to give to me saying Kenny wanted to talk with me. I said no (due to COVID) and asked him to tell Kenny to call me. I waited for a good 10 minutes, he then got the bucket truck and pulled up our drive and stopped at our fence. The truck was too big, he was not happy and continued to wail about all this to Kenny. Kenny finally called and said he did not remember the wall alongside the driveway and asked if just put it in. I informed him it was last year. He questioned me again about it. I said he was just here to look at the project and had to walk up the drive, past the wall, so he had seen it. His response was,**my bad** At this point, my husband came out and said Kenny should have measured and seen that the bucket truck would never fit, but he did not. Mike then, mumbled a few things, and went into their truck and left. Nothing was said to us, no apologies nothing. Kenny did say he would come out to take a look. I asked if he had a climber who would do the work in the back 2 oaks and he said he does but he is out for 2 weeks. I ended up texting him back telling him to forget it, and their customer service was poor. He texted back, **have a great day**. As I said in the beginning, they did great work last year, but I would never ever recommend them to anyone. They were: 1. Slow to respond 2. At times, did not respond 3. Did not show up twice with no call telling us they were not. 4. Rude 5. Poor customer service 6. Kept pushing our project back. The crew leader, Mike, could very easily have looked at the project, seen they could not do it, called to inform Kenny and apologize to us. None of that was done.

Showed up on time got the work done , coming back in fall.

Called one day, the job completed the next day. Now that is good service.
