Ray showed up the next morning and after assessing both areas discovered our septic pump was not working! "Mark Franks (owner) was out promptly for a service call. He determined that our heat pump needed to be repaired. Since we no longer need a heat pump (we heat with natural gas now) he suggested replacing the heat pump with a central a/c unit as the repair cost would be high and the unit was old. Because the heat pump was being replaced with a central a/c unit everything needed to be re-wired (which drove up the cost). Mark took his time, explained everything in detail and answered many questions we had. He was very polite and professional. Mark's son did the installation and was quiet, worked hard in very hot weather and clean up the area he worked in (which I was not expecting). I was extremely impressed and very pleased with the work. Mark called shortly after the installation to make sure we were satisfied. We will be using Advance Air Solutions when we have to replace our furnace. I would not consider anyone else. to do the job. I highly recommend this company!"
