"Absolutely terrible work, even worse communication.. I tipped the 2 guys who did a majority of the work personally.. I would invite ANYONE to come and see the monstrosity that they call "work". The driveway is wavy, lines aren't close to straight, was told, I didn't ask for a "restamp"? That's why it's just broomed... dont even get me started on the crooked and undeveloped walls... lesson learned the hard way.. "

"Pioneer did an awesome job replacing a large pad and walkway which had sunken 3-4" due to poor installation work by the home builder(Zicka Homes) 20+ yrs ago. They were on time as scheduled, did a great job communicating plans. They were mindful to protect the grass and landscaping. The concrete had to be hauled around back from the concrete truck 200 ' away on the street. Their clean up was spotless!"

While the technician was polite and apologetic, the outcome was nowhere near the expectation or the description provided by the salesman. There is no real alternative to underpinning, although mudjacking and polyjacking are other repair methods that can add support from underneath your foundation.
