This experience was amazing! Initially we only contacted Basement Armor to waterproof but after Bryan provided us with pictures of a recent remodel, we decided to use him for it all. Bryan and Nick were efficient, provided great recommendations, were professional, and the price tag was right! I would give them glowing recommendations to anyone. Everyone compliments the way my basement looks now and when I tell them who did it, I say it with pride, knowing I'm providing a recommendation to someone who I know will give them same type of experience that I had to any of their client! I would 100% use Basement Armor again.

Me and my wife had recently purchased our home. Shortly after we discovered there was water damage in the basement we didn't know how serious it was until Brian (One of the owners of Basement Armor) came out to inspect. He found the home had concrete steps, which were covered by a wooden deck, and the steps began to sink and created a void to which water was filling our crawl space and eventually making its way into our basement.  (Previous contractors didn't even mention the steps)

The first good thing about Brian and Basement Armor is the price was very affordable for the amount of work he did! We had two other companies come out and the prices they quoted us was unbelievable and their work did not include the French drain in the basement. Brian offered me references and I was able to contact them and even view the work he performed. Everyone I spoke to had nothing but nice things to say and viewing the work he performed had me sold.

The next thing that really stood out was Brian, the owner, was actually in my basement performing the work WITH his guys! This I have never seen. This made me feel at ease about the work being performed, he was approachable and kept me and my wife in the loop about everything going on. Brian made sure the work being performed was to his satisfaction. He even took care of a few things that was not in the contract.

There are so many good things I can say about the work performed by Basement armor. Its the little things that count and Brian takes pride in those little things. While disconnecting my washer and dryer he noticed we had a leak from the kitchen down into the basement. He took care of it for us without charging extra! Other companies would have not even acknowledged there was a leak, let alone fix it with no additional charge. I hope I am making it clear Brian did an outstanding job for us! We are on his list of references and we highly recommend Basement Armor!

Brian Huff the owner of Basement Armor was recently on the radio being interviewed. He was talking about exactly what I had been experiencing downstairs in my basement concerning a water problem. I thought it was a sign :)  I immediately called him after the show to set up a time for an estimate. I was thinking I'd have to get 2 companies out to fix two issues I was having. Brian assured me that with his experience that he could do both. He really put my mind at ease and listened to all my concerns.
What he discovered was that the water was probably coming in from the concrete step under my deck that was causing water to leak downstairs into the basement. He jack hammered the concrete step down to the concrete slab. Also, I had noticed a rotted joint which unbeknownst to me had come from many years of water damage. He replaced the affected sub-floor and the rotted joints.
Brian and his team were very professional, polite and left my home in better shape than when they arrived.
They went above and beyond even what they said they were going to do in the contract. I am extremely grateful to them for that.
What they gave me was peace of mind knowing that the job was done right.
I highly recommend Basement Armor

Their price was the lowest of several bids and I was a bid skeptical, but Bryan (the owner) seemed very honest and responsive from that first meeting.  He did not try to pressure me into any decisions, but rather discussed my specific situation and tried to find the best solution for my budget.  The entire time he seemed open and receptive to my opinions. Once I decided to hire him for the job his crew was at my house within a week and the entire job took them three days.   They did show up a bit later than a typical contractor (around 9 or 10 am each day, but Bryan explained that this was because he takes his kids to school every morning). The only problem that I had was that the jack-hammering broke one of my old single pane basement windows, but we I brought it up to his crew foreman he immediately acknowledged that it was their fault and that it would be fixed before the job ended (which it was).  Brian also backed his work up with a transferable lifetime warranty just like any other company out there doing the same work for higher prices.
