The crack repairs they did on my garage floor were decent. They leveled a front walk fairly well, but the outdoor crack repairs, which was most of the job, were very sloppy: crack filler dripped all over the place, overfilled in some areas, and filled in others. They seemed like knowledgeable, good people. I do not understand what happened.

Lovell was honest about everything and answered all my questions. Would recommend for any concrete work.

They are flashy at all but they were over 1/2 the cost of two other contractor bids. I've used them in the past and this is the 2nd time using them for a 10 x 11 foot hot tub pad with reinforced fibers. $1,300 was half the cost of others that were $3,500 and $4,250

Mr. Turner does not understand concrete work. Did not put any gravel or rebar under it. Concrete is eroding and falling apart.

Mr. Turner had two good workers, I was pleased with them. Mr. Turner himself needs to learn from them.

I needed to change the grade of my driveway because the drainage system kept getting overwhelmed. Lovell gave us a great quote, and after walking him around the property, showing very specific things I needed, we agreed on a price and I asked him to get to work. That was the last good thing that happened on this entire project. the first problem, the Lovell team did not call the utilities and accidentally hit our gas line, which is very dangerous. We were without gas in our house for weeks. The second problem: the dig out was not correct, and the finished project created a very large lake instead of allowing water to drain towards our creek and away from our house. The third problem: I walked Lovell down to the part of my property and told him he could dump his waste asphalt in that area. His team dumped it nowhere near where I asked them too, and now it is blocking up the drainage for the rest of the neighborhood. It is a HUGE problem. The fourth problem: I asked them to cut the long driveway at a specific spot, and change the angles in a specific way. He did not cut where I asked, nor grade how I asked, and now part of my parking pad is too steep for most of my cars. The fifth problem. He suggested a small retaining wall, and I agreed, but he did not level the bricks, so now I have this curvy topped retaining wall that looks extremely amateur. Even after he tried to cut a small trench and relevel, I still get a large pond in the very middle of my driveway, which you can see from the photos is completely cut up. I spent $16,000 with Lovell, and I am going to have to do it all again, except now I do not have a job due to the pandemic. I would steer VERY clear if I were you. Lovell, if you read this, come fix your shoddy work and I will take this down. But I doubt you will.

This project was great. He finished the first part one day and had the cement job done the second. The gentleman that did the cement job was very good in what he does, it was excellent i am very happy with there work and will refere this company to everyone that needs work done.

Lovell Turner is a very nice guy. He came out to my house and I explained I wanted a driveway extension to store my camper. I knew the spot the camper had to be was 10’ from the house at 25’ deep. But I did not know the dimensions the triangle part to connect the pad to my driveway needed to be, so I was relying on his expertise for this part. He quoted me a good amount, but I still needed it a little more lower, which he gave me. Awesome price for what I wanted done. We booked a date for the next week and everything was good to go. He came out that following week a day early to mark where the people he hired to dig... I was not home and he did multiple markings that did not line up with what we spoke about but when the digging people and he came back the next day to start the project, the dimensions were correct but the digging people said we would need a bigger triangle to connect the pad to my driveway... which means Lovell added more to the price... $500 more. Which was $500 more than my budget. But since they already started, it’s not like I could have said no... After the digging, the next day the concrete truck came. Lovell said he wouldn’t have the truck drive on my driveway or yard because the truck was too heavy for the ground and would cause damage.... what do you know, the truck drove on my driveway and grass. I’m giving a good-ish review because I genuinely liked Lovell and the completed project looks good. But the experience, increase in price and mess they made is ridiculous. They destroyed my yard and did not clean up the chunks of concrete they left from the truck in my yard. There is dirt, gravel, and McDonald’s trash everywhere and they did not clean up. I emailed Lovell to see if he would be back to clean up and he replied “I will be back next week”. It has been 3 weeks since the project and he has not been back. To finish it off... they used my shovel I had leaning against my garage and now it is caked with concrete... Would I recommend them? Yes and no... if you want a cheap job that looks good but you have to clean up and redo your grass and yard.. they are perfect. Lovell turner was around $2,000 less than any other estimate I received, so I guess you get what you pay for. The actual concrete pad is in good condition and works well for what I need. Just a huge mess I will have to hire someone else to fix my yard.

Mr. Turner was very nice but his workers were very sloppy. There is concrete on the red brick that should have been cleaned off. One if the concrete slabs has a crooked edge, with the heal of a print left in it. When they cleaned the wheelbarrow it was poured onto our driveway and left to dry there. We are very unsatisfied.

Lovell Turner Construction did excellent work in repairing my concrete driveway and about eight parts of sidewalk. Mr. Turner even obtained a permit for the sidewalk work. I consider Mr. Turner a real Professional in concrete work. He is an expert.
