He also was able to anchor my propane grill and table without risk to the deck as these articles get thrown around in windy and stormy weather. He provided a generous warranty. "TMAK Restorations remodeled my kitchen. Mike and Jim were a great help in planning the updated layout and ordering the cabinets. Nick and Mike handled the demo, which included removing the plaster walls and ceiling down to the studs. Mike handled all the electrical updates including installing recessed lights and multiple outlets. Nick did a fantastic job with the drywall, plumbing, and installing the cabinets, including some custom work around a radiator and an unusual corner cabinet. Nick saved and re-installed the existing wood trim, and created matching custom framing to replace the deteriorated trim around the kitchen window. Nick also painted the trim, ceiling, and walls and installed the backsplash. TMAK went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I highly recommend TMAK, not only for their craftsmanship but also their willingness to accommodate the challenges posed by remodeling a kitchen in an older home."

"They were hired to replace a tub, fixtures, and put in tile surrounding the tub with a niche and 2 shelves. We also had them re route a vent pipe in a separate bathroom so that it is past the trap and not letting sewer gases into the home. We were given options for materials based on our budget and guided on who to meet with at the appropriate store to select our materials. The work was done within the timeframe we gave. They did an excellent job making the space beautiful and professionally done. They respected our home and cleaned up better than expected each day. Of course, there were unexpected issues that arose that were dealt with without concern such as having to shore up not plumb walls. The price wasn’t cheap but was reasonable. In all, they did an excellent job."
