I had a multilevel deck in my backyard that was falling apart, and a front porch that was rotten to the point that it was unsafe. I needed the majority of the back deck removed, some new stairs to the portion of deck I wanted to keep, as well as the front porch torn out and replaced. A friend recommended By the Pack and I'm glad I called them. Rick came out to do an estimate within 24 hours of me making contact, and after I accepted they set a date to begin work. The demo and construction was completed in a timely fashion, they were respectful of my property, and they thoroughly cleaned their work area everyday as well as upon completion. I would definitely use them again in the future and I have already recommended them to some friends that needed work done themselves.

Needed repair to my deck stairs. When they removed what was bad, they discovered more rot. They showed me what they found and they ended up replacing the stairs and a landing off the deck. My deck is custom designed and they were very careful to 100% match the new part to the parts they removed. They even purchased the same type of wood from the same place that was used when the deck was built. It was a perfect match and I am very happy with their work. They have all the right tools to ensure everything was done exactly right. They are meticulous about all of the details. The job site was clean every day and at the end of the project. I have no reservation in recommending them.
