"Great customer service and very nice salesman Cory"

"Tony was the sales and design consultant. His presentation was superb explaining every detail but most importantly there was no high pressure sale pitch. Tyler was the installer he worked on my project just like he was working on his own house. Joyce is a family owned company that really cares about their customers. If you are planning on a new project don't be skeptical give Joyce a call you won't be sorry! I have a front door and screen installed I have windows check because Patio Doors and Entry Doors want a option"

"They designed a floating modular deck for my RV. Process was great from start through installation. The end result was everything we hoped for."

"They did a great job designing our house! They were responsive and quick"

"Overall a good quality company"

"We started out in Dec.2019 looking to enclose a front porch (deck). We ended up remodeling our entire bathroom in July 2020. The salesman (Rick Guido) was outstanding. All the office people worked well with us when the Covid-19 struck. But a HUGE THANK YOU to the installers Dave and his son Bailey. It took them 5 days to do the job. I have never seen a more METICULOUS, ORGANIZED, ATTENTION TO DETAIL pair in my life. I was apprehensive at first because of the scope of the job. But after a couple of hours, I knew I was in good hands, Dave and Bailey. I could list about 100 more positive examples of their work but Joyce Factory Direct should be THANKFUL to have them. The end result was utterly amazing. A new shower + sink. Along with a complete tear out of the bathroom walls. I almost do not want to use them they look too nice to disturb. THX again JFD any future projects you will be the first I will call for a quote... :)"

"I used Ashley to help me with the design of an entryway and staircase at my new home. I really struggle to visualize spaces and see their potential. I was unsure of what type of style I was going for and was having decision paralysis. She responded quickly and gave me so many options to help choose the right aesthetic for my space. She worked within my budget and suggested improvements that I could do on my own (and I am not very handy). I will definitely use her again for my larger design projects!"
