We previously used Gotcha Covered of Avon for inside shades and were very pleased, so when we wanted an outside shade on our patio, they were our first thought. I did collect info for other vendors, but Gotcha Covered was our only call. A service rep, Dustin, came out to talk to us and go over options, as well as his recommendations for which product and colors. We made an initial decision so he could give us a quote, and we had the quote within a few hours of his visit. A month later, he installed the shade and it has been fabulous. We love the shade and were very happy with the service

This company is the best! They were very responsive to my request for an appointment. They said the blinds would be in about a month. They were. And the installation appointment was made within two days. The installer was very nice and had the blinds installed quickly. I can’t say enough about this company. Everyone involved were professional all the way! We had vertical blinds put in for our patio door but they were light filtering which reflected on our tv screen. I called and asked if they could be exchanged for black out and they came and swapped them out no charge. Everything came out great. Big thanks to Dustin

Overall, they are great! There were some (a few) "defects" in the products manufacturing. Radiant personnel (especially the owner, Mike Shadoan), was wonderfully cooperative, even proactive in making appropriate adjustments. Professionalism & friendliness. Wish they had thought of turning over the bedroom throw rugs instead of walking on them with their work shoes, however the rugs do not appear soiled. They may have slipped off their shoes & I didn't notice. With the shape of the new windows, half of the rolling shades no longer fit, due to the window casements taking up extra space where old hardware was mounted. Turn over the household rugs, if possible and if customer forgets to do so

We found Gotcha Covered on Angie's List and contacted them via e-mail for an estimate. Withing one hour, we received a phone call from Gotcha Covered office manager, Jennifer, to schedule a home visit with Matt and Ami for that same week! We were upgrading the decor in our dining room and den with fresh paint, new carpet, new office furniture, and new lighting. We needed to complete the project with new window coverings. We already knew what we wanted for the window treatments. We wanted vertical vinyl shades (120" X 84") for the dining room bow window that would open completely off the window frame when stacked, so the slats would not blow around in the breeze (like my old ones did) when we opened the windows. We also wanted a light filtering roller shade (92" X 60") to filter the sun while we were eating at the dining room table. But we still wanted to be able to open the 4 double hung windows to let in the summer breeze! Ami was able to show us the materials we desired by color and pattern. We selected the vertical color and pattern first, then we selected a coordinating roller shade. Matt gave us a quote and wrote up the contract very efficiently. The price was very reasonable, and the expected delivery date of the window treatments was 3-4 weeks! We had several questions and concerns about the roller shade and the vertical slates for the dining room bow window that we thought of after Matt and Ami had left. We called Matt and he immediately answered our questions. He told us, "We will make it right," and not to worry about the mounting of the two window treatments on the same window. We were pleasantly surprised when the verticals and the roller shade arrived at Gotcha Covered within 2 weeks, and they were installed 3 days later! The installer, Todd was courteous, professional, and efficient at installing the window treatments on both windows. He even changed his shoes before stepping on our new carpet! Our dining room and den windows are very beautiful! We are satisfied and pleased with the services provided by Gotcha Covered! I would definitely recommend Gotcha Covered to all of my family and friends! Thanks you Matt, Ami, Jennifer, and Todd for a great experience

The house was powered washed over several days I appreciated that since I have well water. Power washers did a great job. The painters completed everything on the list in a professional and timely manner. I received a early call each morning from the painter letting me know if he would show up due to weather. They did everything they had stated in their contract. The first step was to wash down the house with detergent and the power washer. The house is approximately 33 years old, and this was the original siding on the house. This is the first time I have had it painted since I moved here about 19 years ago. They used high quality white paint with the application of two coats. From the onset, I was treated very professionally. In fact, they called and asked if they could come a week earlier than was proposed, since they had a change in schedule. All windows and openings was covered with film and well taped so no blowing paint could in any way get where it should not be. They took down my shutters, and matched the color I had requested (blue) on them. At the end of every work day when I came home everything was cleaned up and put away. No mess what-so-ever. I received a discount because I permitted them to place a sign in my yard. (They did such great work, I was certainly happy to help display their company. Their workers were more than professional, and intelligently answered any and all questions that I asked. Since there are many painters in our area, I had a choice of quite a few. Very glad I chose the one I did as their work was top notch. When I sent the final payment, I was so impressed with all aspects of the job that I enclosed a letter to state that. "Neubert Painters did a great job with our kitchen cabinets. We had painted the walls as a quarantine activity and did some miscellaneous updates. That made the cabinets look even older and dirtier. We had Neubert come in and paint the cabinents two colors, green on bottom and white on top (my daughters talked me into that). I cannot be happier with the results. The quality of the paint job was amazing. With the paint sprayer, the finish is so smooth. I could not have done anything on my own that would be to this quality. The technician was great to work with. He kept us informed on every step of the way, so we always knew what to expect. I found Neubert from the internet and saw many positive reviews. After our experience, I am happy to join the group and let others know about our positive experience.
