Their communication as a company is terrible and their customer service is lacking. If you're in the market for new window treatments, they'll jump right on it to assist. But, if you need service or repairs on big ticket items you've purchased from them in the past, they'll take their sweet time getting back to you, if they do at all.

This process working with Timan was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, the products are quality. Our original preference was a little more than we wanted to spend, so Jason helped us choose an alternative. Kevin was just here and installed our new Hunter Douglas Duette Honeycomb Shades and we love them!! I think I like them better than we originally thought we wanted! I absolutely recommend Timan and these products!

Both the sales rep and the installer were punctual,attentive,professional,and attentive to our needs.Actually,the sales person directed us to less expensive options and and was extremely patient with us.The installer redid a blind to his liking when he was almost ready to leave after spending a long day installing almost 20 blinds on in perfect windows.

The two installers arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. There was a glitch in installing the blinds because the rods were long and they could not maneuver the rod into one of the bedrooms, but they figured out a way to do it. I was very impressed with their improvisational skills. Plus, they did all this without losing any time. I would definitely hire Timan's again, if needed.

I have hired Timan’s four times now and am never disappointed. The sales staff (Elizabeth and Adam) and installer (Kevin) are a pleasure to deal with. We had a glitch with Hunter Douglas with one window treatment a couple years ago that Timan’s corrected right away. Great company to deal with and would not hesitate to hire again!

I would highly recommend Timan Window Treatments. Kathleen and Rachelle were professional and knew exactly what would look great in our home. We had custom drapes made for our Dining Room and we chose the Motorized Hunter Douglas Silhouettes for our Great Room. They are beautiful and we receive compliments all the time. The Team was in constant communication with us throughout the entire project. Dave did an awesome job installing everything and was very informative on how to operate all of the shades. Salesperson, Adam, was very helpful in picking out the right type of shade for my patio windows which get the morning sun and the afternoon sunshine. As it turned out, there was metal behind the dry-wall, causing the drill bits to break during installation. They were very apologetic, but had to set up another appointment to bring stronger drill bits. At the second visit, they were able to complete the installation quickly, cleaning up and re-hanging the drapes for us. We would never have been able to complete the project and would have ruined the wall, but Timan did a wonderful job and we are happy with outcome.

All personnel were professional and knew there products well. The installer did his work efficiently and cleaned up after his work.

This is the second home where we have used Timan to install custom window shades. We called them back after moving because they did such a great job in our last home. They did not disappoint - they are extremely customer oriented, and worked with us to provide the right solution. There was a bit of a hiccup in getting swatches from Hunter Douglas, but Liz stayed on top of it until we got what we needed. installation was meticulous, and the installer Dave walked through everything to set up all of the remote functionality. Everyone at Timan works to make sure the customer is happy. If you want a professional installation, I highly recommend Timan.
