This process working with Timan was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, the products are quality. Our original preference was a little more than we wanted to spend, so Jason helped us choose an alternative. Kevin was just here and installed our new Hunter Douglas Duette Honeycomb Shades and we love them!! I think I like them better than we originally thought we wanted! I absolutely recommend Timan and these products!

Both the sales rep and the installer were punctual,attentive,professional,and attentive to our needs.Actually,the sales person directed us to less expensive options and and was extremely patient with us.The installer redid a blind to his liking when he was almost ready to leave after spending a long day installing almost 20 blinds on in perfect windows.

The two installers arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. There was a glitch in installing the blinds because the rods were long and they could not maneuver the rod into one of the bedrooms, but they figured out a way to do it. I was very impressed with their improvisational skills. Plus, they did all this without losing any time. I would definitely hire Timan's again, if needed.

I have hired Timan’s four times now and am never disappointed. The sales staff (Elizabeth and Adam) and installer (Kevin) are a pleasure to deal with. We had a glitch with Hunter Douglas with one window treatment a couple years ago that Timan’s corrected right away. Great company to deal with and would not hesitate to hire again!

I would highly recommend Timan Window Treatments. Kathleen and Rachelle were professional and knew exactly what would look great in our home. We had custom drapes made for our Dining Room and we chose the Motorized Hunter Douglas Silhouettes for our Great Room. They are beautiful and we receive compliments all the time. The Team was in constant communication with us throughout the entire project. Dave did an awesome job installing everything and was very informative on how to operate all of the shades. We enjoyed working with the entire team and will be calling you this week to schedule an appointment to order more. Thank you Timan Team for a fantastic experience.

Salesperson, Adam, was very helpful in picking out the right type of shade for my patio windows which get the morning sun and the afternoon sunshine. I picked the classy Hunter Douglas Designer Screen Roller LiteRise Cassette. I have worked with Timan Window Treatments in the past and they are extremely helpful and professional if any problem should arise.

As it turned out, there was metal behind the dry-wall, causing the drill bits to break during installation. They were very apologetic, but had to set up another appointment to bring stronger drill bits. At the second visit, they were able to complete the installation quickly, cleaning up and re-hanging the drapes for us. We would never have been able to complete the project and would have ruined the wall, but Timan did a wonderful job and we are happy with outcome.

We needed a new traverse rod for an extra-long window/door leading to our balcony. We had looked everywhere for one. Timan came in to measure and were able to order just the rod for us, with installation for a reasonable price.

The staff was very helpful and professional. We were kept informed of upcoming appointments and progress. The installation went smoothly and when the installers left all the furniture was back in it's place and the floors swept. I would definitely recommend this company.

This is the second home where we have used Timan to install custom window shades. We called them back after moving because they did such a great job in our last home. They did not disappoint - they are extremely customer oriented, and worked with us to provide the right solution. There was a bit of a hiccup in getting swatches from Hunter Douglas, but Liz stayed on top of it until we got what we needed. installation was meticulous, and the installer Dave walked through everything to set up all of the remote functionality. Everyone at Timan works to make sure the customer is happy. If you want a professional installation, I highly recommend Timan.

From our first contact with Timan to the job completion, it was a wonderful experience. I really can't say enough good things about this totally professional, friendly company. Our shutters are BEAUTIFUL and completely updated my aging living and dining room. This will not be our last job with Timan. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

It went perfectly. Everyone involved was so professional. Adam Timan helped me pick out textures and colors. I never felt rushed. He made sure I was happy with all my selections. Brad and Dave were our installers. They were friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable about the products we selected. They explained how the blinds worked. This is the second time we have had Timan Window Treatments provide whole house blinds. We knew when we moved, we would use them again. I am very pleased.

They came out for a service call to replace a broken inside bracket. They also noticed a few worn brackets on the outside and were able to replace those for free.

Estimator came out on time for appointment, measured and provided several books of samples. He explained that it might take a while and be more expensive than expected because of the unusual width of the window. Installer came at appointed time and did a great job.
