Get matched with top grab bar installation pros in Maple Heights, OH

"James gave me a date, time and stuck to it. That alone is worth its weight in gold. He also had given me an estimate that matched the final price. Work performed was taking down old chandelier and installing a new one. Appreciate the overall professionalism. Will be calling for future projects."

"The work went very well. 2 technicians came out. They were respectful of our home (brought their own home slippers). They clearly knew what to do. Took the old fan down quickly and get the new one installed quickly as well. Definitely can recommend."

"Wonderful company. Will recommend them for all household renovations."

"Great Customer Service! We will hire again! We had cameras and batteries installed installed and he did an Awesome job! Thank you 😎 😎 Thank you! Thank you!"

"Very well. Tristan was professional, prompt, and polite. He understood immediately our need to have a way to get down basement stairs safely. I am 80. My husband is 84, a Vietnam veteran with Parkinson's and terrible back pain. Tristan installed grab bars at top of stairs. He also cleaned up afterward!! It's been only two days, but the bars have been a big help already. Our children, who all live in other states, are happy knowing we are safer, thanks to Home Project Relief."

"The first shower West Shore Home installed was 2 inches narrower than the tub it replaced, leaving only 27" inside the shower. It was installed in February of 2024 by a team from Indianapolis who was assigned to the Cleveland office for a week. No one from the Cleveland office came during the installation to inspect the work. My follow-up contacts with the Cleveland sales manager were completely unsatisfactory - he claimed that was the correct shower and misrepresented several things to support his claim. Thankfully, when I described the problem in a detailed review to the company the home office responded immediately and arranged for a complete redo to have the correct size shower installed. I am very pleased with the final result. The customer service of the Cleveland sales manager was completely unsatisfactory. If you are going to work with the Cleveland office I highly recommend that you have them show you exactly what size your new shower will be BEFORE you sign the contract. If you want to be extra careful, have them print out the full contract and go over each of the measurements with you to make sure your new shower is what you want. Unbeknownst to me, the Cleveland office was having staffing issues during the time of my first installation. Hopefully these problems will be resolved soon."

"I am so grateful to have found Shawn and Rick to do our project. Wow! Wow! Wow! We needed grading and a French drain installed on our property. Shawn clearly explained everything he needed to do to complete our job. He was thorough, on time, professional and very kind and trustworthy. He and Rick went above and beyond to help us and even fixed some extra issues just because they are kind, thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend Montana Jake, LLC and will be calling them for any future jobs. I cannot say enough good things about them."

"George with Independence Plumbing and Bath exceeded my expectations. I had a tub and shower remodel that was not only finished earlier than quoted, but completed with such quality and at a great price. George is punctual, has great communication, and definitely knows what he?s doing and does it with care and professionalism. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs any bathroom repairs or remodels."
